Code of Ethics and Charter of Corporate Values

The Code of Ethics, first approved by the Fund's Board during its meeting on 15 October 2014, and updated by the Board on 15 December 2022 following developments in the regulatory and business conditions, sets out the values, principles and binding rules of conduct for the members of the Statutory Bodies, for all persons bound by employment relationships ("Employees"), and for all those who in other ways have a collaborative relationship with the FITD ("Collaborators"). An independent Charter of Corporate Values has also been drawn up based on the proposals of the FITD staff.
